Who we are

Signal7 operates at the intersection
of independent judgement, capital,
and technology.

Lets build whats next

At Signal7 a few things are non-negotiable.

We won’t tell you what you want to hear. If the evidence points somewhere uncomfortable, we’ll say so, and we’ll help you work out what to do about it.

We don’t sell theory. Every recommendation is something we’d be willing to implement ourselves, under your constraints and with your people.

And we stay. We take on engagements we believe in, and we see them through until the outcome is achieved, not just the document signed off.

That’s how we keep our word.

— Charles Boog, Founder, Signal7

I started Signal7 to bring commercial judgement to the decisions governments and critical organisations can’t afford to get wrong.

My path wasn’t linear. I trained as a lawyer, then spent more than a decade building and running businesses before moving into government consulting in 2012. Since then I’ve worked on some of Australia’s most significant public-sector programs: Veteran Centric Reform, ABS Census and Agriculture, including technology strategy for health, citizen services and digital regulators

What I kept seeing was the same gap. Strategy mis-aligned to funding. Capital decisions made without the right technology lens. Tech investments without the strategy to make them pay. Signal7 closes those gaps. Every engagement connects strategy, capital and technology — because that’s where the decisions that matter actually sit.
